Refund & Return Policy

At NAAREE By VV Sisters, customer satisfaction is our priority. Every jewellery piece is carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure the highest quality.

Returns

Returns are accepted only if the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery along with clear photos or videos of the issue. Products must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging with all tags and accessories intact.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Used or worn jewellery.
  • Customized or personalized jewellery.
  • Products damaged due to improper handling after delivery.
  • Sale or clearance items, unless damaged or incorrectly delivered.

Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected, eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Exchanges

Eligible products may be exchanged for the same item or another product of equal value, subject to stock availability.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only before they are dispatched. Once shipped, cancellations cannot be accepted.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error by NAAREE By VV Sisters or a defective product.
